Measure with the Picture - It has never been easier to determine the width, height, area or even the diameter of an object. One measurement at right angles to the object is all it takes. Then the desired dimension is marked using two arrows in the picture and the measured value appears in the display. In addition to the zoom stages on the Pointfinder, an overview camera is available for large objects.

Documentation using Pictures -  The camera function can be used to create pictures or screenshots for record purposes, which can then be downloaded to a computer via the USB interface. Thus no details about the measured target points need to be lost.

Electrolytic Marking

Electrolytic marking is based on an electrochemical etching process where the image of a stencil is transferred to an electrically conductive product by the action of electrolyte (saline solution) and electricity.

Dot Peen Marking

Dot Peen Marking (Dot Peening) / Needle Embossing or micro-percussion (micro-dot marking) is a marking technique for Permanent Direct Part Marking within the field of material deformation (deforming), that corresponds to graining

With needle embossing (also called the point of percussion technology), materials are marked using a carbide tipped tool (needle) that oscillates through compressed air application and moves in an X and Y direction during its upward and downward movements.

This results in a dense sequence of individual dots (writing) being punched into the material. Depending upon the needle frequency, a complete line can result. Characters, digits, logos and 2D codes (DataMatrix) can be imprinted in the field as desired.

The PinMark needle embossers are exceptionally suitable as benchtop devices for small batches and individual units. Due to their proven robust and compact construction, you will be able to create extremely precise markings on your products or components. 

The prerequisite for the use of the benchtop devices is the ability to position your products well. DETAILS OF SRM STUD WELDING

WITH A ROTATING MAGNETIC FIELD

The patented stud welding process in the radial symmetrical magnetic field (patent no.: 10 2004 051 389) in conjunction with the innovative HZ-1 universal weld stud featuring a plane end face and centring tip enables the safe and clean welding of weld studs up to M16. In this process, the use of ceramic rings is no longer needed.

This procedure opens up whole new possibilities especially in automated stud welding plants and large-scale component production.

 

The stud is placed into contact with the workpiece and is raised. The arc is triggered.

              

Arc is guided in a spiral through the magnetic field and melts both join parts on their entire surface.

  

The stud is immersed in the very flat penetration zone and is inseparably connected.
